Now, if you want to save money for the time being, you can both cook meals and eat together in your home or apartments or wherever you think best.

It’s like growing your love and knowledge together. If both of you are students, then it is a good date idea to study together, much more if both of you are law students. It saves time and resources. We used to do it with Kyle before too. We read, discussed our interpretations, and tried to answer essay questions together. Sometimes, when I was short of time to read all the assigned readings, I used to study/read his notes.

Kyle and I prefer taking a walk or jogging together. As I have said before, a walk can be a great way to bond and catch up with each other and discuss something you may mean to talk about.

Watching a movie at home is surely one of the simple date idea that are also very convenient for law students on a budget. Pick a movie that you both want to watch, stock up on popcorn and snacks, snuggle up on the couch together, and have fun watching!

Another fun, simple, and budget-friendly date idea for law students is to play a game at home. Play your favorite board games or card games and spend the evening full of fun.

Another simple date idea for law student on a budget is organizing a picnic in a nearby park. It is as easy as bringing some fruits, and snacks, grabbing a blanket, and heading to a nearby park or beach. It’s a low-cost way to enjoy each other’s company.

Star gazing is a simple way to spend quality time together in a very practical and romantic way. Find a secluded spot, spread out a blanket, and marvel at the beauty of the night sky.

Save the best for last. As a law student, coffee becomes your sidekick, your trusted ally in the hustle. So why not elevate the experience? Head to a nearby café with your partner for a cup of your favorite brew or a soothing tea. You can discuss laws or cases together if you want, or anything that might be stressing you in law school, or maybe you just want to discuss anything not related to your studies to take a break and free your mind – the goal is to relax, recharge, reconnect and savor the moment
